This week I will tip you about a wonderful and slightly different photographer.
Shantanu Starick visited us in New York this May. He is an international photographer who doesn’t sell his services, but only trades them for goods and services.
For more than two years, he hasn’t earned any money, but traveled the world and traded his services for shelter, food and flight tickets.
His great passion is to observe and photograph what naturally occurs. He is not a big fan of staging, but he is really great at capturing the special and fine energy in his surroundings.
It was, in every way, a fun and educational experience to have Shantanu living with us. For accommodations, delicious food and a few gifts Shantanu took some wonderful photos of both my husband and I. You can see some of the photos below.
