Every morning, it’ll let me know if I have the chance to become pregnant or not. In that way I know exactly when I have to be careful, which is only 3-5 days a month, so the freedom is great.

In addition, I use the machine as an alarm clock on days where I have to get up early. Though usually I sleep until I wake up myself.
I’m not for birth control pills and other hormonal contraceptives. My experience is that they tilt the hormonal balance, and cause the body to a halt.
But I love that there are natural contraceptives that are both simple and extremely precise.
My husband has done a little researched and found several iPhone Apps, which can also help you with the natural birth control. It requires that you buy a special thermometer, though.
For me it feels best to go with lady-comp, but there are several options, depending on how you like it.
