I love to fill my body with nutritious food in the morning. Usually I start with glass of lemon water. Subsequently I’ll make my super smoothie which is alkalizing and packed with vitamins and minerals. It boosts my cells, and ensures that I have a stable energy level throughout the day.
Recipe for two people:
2 glasses of Coconut water
1/4 glass of Almond milk
1/4 glass of Noni Juice
1 tablespoon Acai powder
1 tablespoon Goji Berries
1 tablespoon Spirulina
1 tabelspoon Raw Cacao powder
2 tablespoons Chia seeds
1 tablespoon Maca powder
1 tablespoon Coconut oil
1 tablespoon Raw Vegan Protein powder
Combine all the ingredients in a blender, and blend.
Serve the smoothie in your favorite glasses, and enjoy!
I drink green juices and smoothies to nourish myself and access my power. As long as it uplifts and inspires me, it’s a hell yes. When it feels heavy and a bit like a health-rule, I’ll cook something else.
In my opinion, it is important that we only go with the thing that feels uplifting, loving and fun.
