Breathing

The word ‘breath’ means spirit in nearly every language around the World.

It is through our breathing we come into contact with the deepest part of our essence and individual truths.

The more often you breath deeply, the smarter you will feel. Your self-esteem will increase, you’ll be more creative, you’ll look younger and your awareness will automatically increase.

Try it out the next time you feel a little down, frustrated or sad.

Take a few deep belly breaths. Inhalation. Exhalation. And after a few easy rounds you will notice a change. From your new standpoint it will be much easier to feel and clarify what’s truly going on inside of you. When your breath is calm and expanding, you allow your soul to be fully present in your body. Embodied.

Your body cells need oxygen. They are breathing cells. When we sit all crumpled up on a chair or when we breath superficially in the chest, our cells suffocate a little. They don’t get enough oxygen. And we deprive ourselves from the life and wisdom our body possess.

Breathe and move your spine as often as possible. You will love the results.
