Do you tell the truth?

For the last couple of months I have enjoyed watching Sex and the City in the evening, and to my surprise there is plenty of spiritual wisdom in it.

In the television serial the four girls are having fun and exploring NYC. Carrie writes and hereby unfolds her reflective ability in a beautiful way.

During the first movie, it all tightens up. There is drama, broken hearts and they do all have huge problems. Nobody communicate in a clear way, and most often they do tell small lies in the attempt to protect and please each other.  Mr. Big is a great example of person who is not willing to communicate or express emotions. He gets misunderstood all the time. Pull back and by then create an even bigger drama.

It seems to me that they have all learned some great lessons in the second movie where the girls communicate clearly and almost unvarnished with each other. Carrie and Big experience a new level of intimacy because of the honesty Carrie provides. And even Big express some emotions from time to time.

I appreciate the depth of spirituality underneath all of the fashion, humor and sex.

A personal dream of mine is to create a brand where spirituality and fashion get combined in beautiful high-vibrational clothes. I love the best of both worlds.

How often do you tell the truth? You will know by the amount of problems and drama you have in your life. I find that whenever we have an recurring issue in our life, there is a truth underneath it all we are not willing to feel or express.

As soon as we become willing to feel that truth and communicate our emotions in a clear way, we are able to solve. And we will now be on the healing path from where we have the power to create lives with less drama and more love.
